Associate / Litigator
Stacey was educated at the University of Toronto, where she obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree. She obtained her LLB from the University of British Columbia and was called to the Bar in 1992. Stacey spent the first seven years of her career in the litigation department at Farris & Co., practicing in the areas of civil, commercial and family litigation. Stacey has practiced family law exclusively with our firm since 2000.
Stacey’s practice includes all matters relating to child parenting, property division, child and spousal support, and divorce, as well as the drafting of cohabitation agreements, marriage agreements and separation agreements. She also participates in mediations and arbitrations with clients.
Stacey has extensive experience in litigation in the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and she has appeared in the BC Court of Appeal. She has written and presented lectures on family law topics for the Continuing Legal Education Society.
